Membership Terms
By becoming a member of APEX Fitness, you agree to our membership terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our facilities, services, and membership benefits.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen membership fee according to the selected payment schedule.
Code of Conduct
We expect all members to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Any behavior that harasses, threatens, or creates an unsafe environment for others may result in membership termination.
Facility Rules
Members must follow all facility rules and instructions provided by staff. This includes proper use of equipment, cleaning up after use, and respecting other members' space and privacy.
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time with 30 days notice. Refunds are prorated based on remaining days in the billing cycle. Annual memberships may have different cancellation terms.
Liability Waiver
All members must sign a liability waiver before using the facilities. This waiver releases APEX Fitness from liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during normal use of our facilities, except in cases of gross negligence.
Guest Policy
Members may bring guests subject to availability and facility rules. Guest passes may be purchased for CHF 25 per day or included with certain membership tiers.
Age Requirements
Members must be at least 16 years old to use the facility without adult supervision. Members under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Health & Safety
Members should not use the facilities if they have any contagious illness, open wounds, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be impaired.
Personal Property
APEX Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Members should secure their belongings in lockers and not leave valuables unattended.
Modifications
APEX Fitness reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued membership after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By continuing to use APEX Fitness facilities and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
